Meet Jenny Persson
Jenny has spent more than 25 years working inside organizations, leading people, building processes, solving operational challenges, and helping teams navigate growth and change. She founded Delta X Resources to bring that experience directly to organizations that need seasoned leadership, practical solutions, and someone who is willing to get into the work alongside them.
Her experience spans human resources, operations, hospitality, and organizational growth, giving her a broad perspective on how people, processes, systems, and business priorities work together. She is equally comfortable advising leaders on the bigger picture and rolling up her sleeves to help turn those decisions into something that works in practice.
Jenny believes the best solutions begin with understanding the organization first. She takes the time to listen, ask questions, and understand what matters before determining where her experience can make the greatest difference. Her approach is grounded in service, strong relationships, clear communication, and an understanding that how people experience the work matters just as much as how well the process works.
As the workplace evolves, Jenny also helps organizations thoughtfully integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies through Delta X’s Workforce Resources approach, considering how human and technological resources can work together to support both the business and the people behind it.
Jenny holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential and a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management from the University of Florida. Her goal at Delta X is simple: bring the right experience to the work, make a meaningful difference, and leave the organization stronger than she found it.
